Why we focus on graduate entry
Many alumni leave university with strong subject knowledge and weak signals for German HR: a Lebenslauf that reads like a transcript, an Anschreiben that restates the job ad, and a target list copied from international job boards.
Our work stays close to that gap. We clarify which roles hire graduates in your field, how documents should be ordered for local readers, and how to speak about studies in interviews without sounding abstract.
We are based in Waldaschaff, Freistaat Bayern, and work online with alumni across Germany as well as in person by arrangement.
Working approach
Sessions are preparation-heavy. You complete a short intake on degree, language, authorisation to work, and mobility. We review what you already have before we meet, so the live time goes to decisions rather than introductions.
We do not sell placement guarantees, employer introductions for a fee, or immigration legal advice. When a question needs a lawyer or a recognised language school, we say so and keep the consulting focused on career entry.
