Services
Smarttechnologies provides employment consulting focused on graduate job entry for university alumni in Germany. Advice is professional guidance based on information you supply. We do not guarantee employment, interview invitations, or visa outcomes. We do not provide legal advice on immigration or employment contracts.
Bookings and fees
Fees are confirmed before paid work begins. Informational prices on the website are starting points and may vary with scope. Payment arrangements are agreed in writing by email before the session or review starts.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of documents and statements you share, for meeting agreed preparation deadlines, and for decisions you make about applications and employers. You must not submit materials that infringe third-party rights.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and written materials we create for general publication remain the property of Smarttechnologies. Written plans prepared for you may be used for your personal job search. You may not republish our guides or templates for commercial distribution without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted under applicable German law, Smarttechnologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from career decisions made after consulting. Our aggregate liability related to a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including intent or gross negligence).

Governing law
