Data we collect
When you contact us we may process your name, email address, phone number if provided, degree field, preferred regions, consultation preferences, message content, and documents you voluntarily upload for review (such as CV drafts). Enquiry messages without a booked engagement are typically retained up to 12 months. Client files for completed consultations are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for accounting or legal claims. Cookie consent choices remain until you clear storage or renew your choice.

We use hosting and email providers that process data on our instructions. Where providers are outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell personal data.
